Chairman Liu Forever said that at present, there is still a gap between small and medium-sized private enterprises and first-line foreign brands in terms of brand building, channel building and talent introduction, but as enterprises themselves, they will actively expand their ideas and solve problems. For example, in terms of channels, Orrick Elevator actively carries out cross-regional cooperation with central enterprises; in terms of talents, it actively introduces overseas senior professionals. In addition to the enterprise itself to seek solutions, in some areas still need strong support and guidance from the government. For example, the problem of enterprise financing, at present, private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, still have great resistance in bank loan financing. And the development of enterprises, especially in the rapid expansion stage, enterprises are still very dependent on bank loans. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress understands this and said that at present, small and medium-sized enterprises do have resistance to bank loans, but the government also has corresponding policies to provide corresponding policy support for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises, to ensure that enterprises can obtain funding sources smoothly. In-depth understanding of policy information to achieve rapid docking; in addition, in addition to bank loans, it is also recommended that enterprises actively seek other corresponding financing channels to obtain financial support according to their own circumstances, such as various special funds. During the meeting, Director Cui Jindu expressed great interest in the project of Orek's business merger and construction of Elevator Science Park in Dongli Development Zone proposed by Chairman Liu Yong, inquired about the current development process, and said that he would make efforts to arrange communication and negotiation with relevant government departments.
At the research meeting, the Bureau of small and medium-sized Enterprises reported on the development of Tianjin's private economy and related work in recent years, and the researchers asked about the development of enterprises and expressed their opinions and suggestions. At the end of the meeting, Director Cui Jindu also shared the special research of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on supply-side structural reforms, and combined with the development of Tianjin's small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzed from three aspects: reform, structure and supply-side. He requested that the Finance and Economics Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and the Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and relevant government departments should jointly conduct in-depth research and make the next work plan based on the research results.
