Recently, Tianjin Orrick Elevator has won the first phase of the project of replacing AVIC shed with resettlement house in Anshun City, Guizhou Province, which will provide 40 small machine room passenger elevators for the project. The "China Aviation Shed to Housing Project" is located on the right side of Yingbin Avenue in Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total land area of the project is 126 mu (82200 square meters), the plot ratio is 3.45, the greening rate is 42%, and the building density is 22%. There are 11 high-rise residential buildings.
